Change your password in account settings
- Sign in at grailed.com or in the Grailed app.
- Open your account, then settings.
- Select the option to change password.
- Enter your current password, then a strong new one, and save.
Use a long password you do not reuse anywhere else, so a leak on another site cannot open your Grailed account and your payouts.
Reset a forgotten password
On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password? and enter the email on your account. Grailed sends a reset link; open it and create a new password. Keep your email account secure, because whoever controls it can reset your Grailed login as well.
Watch for off-platform buyer scams
High-value resale draws determined scammers. The classic move is a buyer who wants to leave the platform: they ask you to deal over email or a messaging app, send a fake payment confirmation, or push a link to a fake page built to grab your login or card. Sellers also get messages claiming a payment is “held” until they click. Real Grailed sales and payouts run inside Grailed. Keep chats and payments on the platform, and never log in through a link a buyer sends.
