Change your password in account settings
- Sign in at rei.com or in the REI app.
- Open your account, then account settings or profile.
- Select the option to change password.
- Enter your current password, then a strong new one, and save.
Use a long password you do not reuse anywhere else, so a leak on another site cannot open your REI account and your saved card.
Reset a forgotten password
On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password? and enter the email on your account. REI sends a reset link; open it and create a new password. Keep your email account secure, because whoever controls it can reset your REI login as well.
